Some have said that pet hair gets caught up in the brush, but that’s what the True Pet tool is for (only on the “T” models). It’s ideal that you don’t have to switch anything when going from hard floor to soft carpet, too. They say that the two different types of brush result in a better clean. This is pitched as a new way to tackle all kinds of dirt, from small stuck on stains on hard floors to larger debris on carpets. Here’s my take on some of the features in more detail. One explanation is the inclusion of the dual brush head on the new HV380 model which negates the need for the other attachment options. It’s odd that the 320 comes with a lot more accessories compared to the 380 model but I’m not sure why that is. The key difference is that the 320 does not have the duo-clean technology included – that’s the two brushes in the standard head unit. The 320 is the older model and was released around October 2015 whereas the Shark Rocket complete 380 was released in Jan 2017. Another option from shark is to look at these cordless vacuums. Since then it has been replaced by the newer models which I am reviewing here the 320 and 380. I believe this model was released around mid 2014.

Note: The Shark rocket deluxe pro ultra-light upright (HV321) model is no longer available in the UK. The T version deals specifically with that issue by providing you with a different head attachment for pet hair.

The tool is a motorised brush which will help to pick up pet hair from your carpets and sofas. The “T” on the end of the model number just means that it includes the TruePet attachment.
